Despite being “inseparable” when they start dating, JoJo Siwa and her girlfriend, Kath Ebbs, have called it quits.
The two first sparked dating rumors in late 2024, when Kath posted videos of JoJo on their TikTok. The couple then went Instagram official in January 2025.
“I am so happy. I am in a very mature relationship, and it’s beautiful,” JoJo told PEOPLE in March 2025. “It’s taught me so much about life. It’s taught me so much about love and respect, and it’s a beautiful thing.”
The following month, the “Karma” singer went into the Celebrity Big Brother U.K. house, but a few months later, JoJo broke up with Kath at the reality competition series’ afterparty.
“I flew across the world to support and be there and hold that person in whatever they would be experiencing, leaving such a wild experience, and instead, I was dumped at the afterparty,” Kath said in a TikTok posted on April 26.
So who is JoJo Siwa’s ex? Here’s everything to know about Kath Ebbs and their former relationship with the dancer-singer.

Kath made Australian TV history in 2022 when they played Asher Nesmith, the first non-binary character on the long-running soap, Neighbours.
“To not only be out, but also be celebrated and to be able to turn my story into art and be that representation that I so desperately needed growing up is quite an emotional and incredible thing to be able to do,” Kath told Variety that year.
In addition to acting, Kath is a DJ and fitness influencer. They also co-host the podcast, I’ve Always Said That, which launched in February 2025. Their co-host, Carmen Azzopardi, described the podcast as “the show that turns Millennial and Gen-Z conversations on their head.”
JoJo was a guest on the February 25 episode of I’ve Always Said That, where she joined Kath and Carmen to discuss the ethics of reality TV.
Kath also has a passion for line dancing, telling the online outlet, Pedestrian, “I would say line dancing is like a niche skill and obsession of mine.”

At 17, Kath founded The Smoothie Bowl Shack, a health food stand they operated on the weekends at Glebe Markets in Sydney.
“I knew school wasn’t for me but I didn’t want to waste my time. I had the idea of starting a stall at the markets and spent the rest of my time at school getting it up,” they told Recreation Beauty in August 2019.
In a January 2020 interview with Grazia, Kath said, “Just do it,” when asked what advice they had for young people who want to start their own business.
“I was lucky that I came up with my idea when I was 16 because I didn’t know enough to fear it. I was just ‘I’m going to do this because it’ll be so fun,'” they recalled.
The most recent post on The Smoothie Bowl Shack’s Instagram account was in November 2021.

Kath and JoJo first connected through non-binary Australian singer G Flip.
“They’re really good friends, and one night we just all went and hung out,” Kath told Pedestrian. “Then me and Jo were friends for like, six months after that … Then we turned into lovers ‘cause we would go line dancing together all the time!”
Kath said “it was as match made in line dancing heaven,” adding that they’ve “never had such an emotional connection” with someone, recalling how they would be on FaceTime togther “all night, which is the most lesbian thing ever.”
“We’ve literally been inseparable ever since, like U-HAUL,” they added.

In a now-deleted TikTok video posted on April 26, Kath claimed that JoJo broke up with them at the afterparty for season 24 of Celebrity Big Brother U.K.
Kath revealed they “flew across the world” to support their girlfriend but were “dumped” instead.
They continued, saying JoJo confessed that while in the house, she realized Kath wasn’t the person they “wanted to spend the foreseeable future with.”
“Which has honestly been … so shocking … I feel incredibly humiliated and I feel a bit embarrassed,” admitted Kath.
On April 28, JoJo addressed the breakup during an interview on the U.K. show, This Morning.
“I’ll be honest, that was not a plan that was not an intention,” she said, when asked about the split. “That was not supposed to happen like that,” she explained, noting how Kath initially said they wouldn’t attend the event, but ultimately changed their mind.
“So I was genuinely just going to have a conversation before, and then it just led to another,” JoJo continued. “They straight up asked me if I was happy, and I said, ‘No.’ One thing led to another, and that conversation did take place there.”
