Former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is a six-time Super Bowl champion. But off the field, he has a cheerleader in girlfriend Jordon Hudson.
The pair, who have been dating since 2023, reportedly first met in February 2021 while Hudson was still in college.
On April 27, Belichick, 73, and Hudson, 24, went viral over an awkward moment that happened during an interview with CBS News’ Sunday Morning. In the clip, Hudson interjected when Belichick was asked how the couple met.
“We’re not talking about this,” she said.
Prior to his romance with Hudson, Belichick was married to Debby Clarke Belichick, with whom she shares three adult children. He then dated Linda Holliday for 16 years.
Here’s everything to know about Bill Belichick’s dating history.
Debby Clarke Belichick
Belichick and Clarke married in 1977 and share three children: Amanda, Steve and Brian.

They divorced in 2006, per The Boston Herald.
Sharon Shenocca
Amid his separation from Clarke, Belichick was linked to former New York Giants receptionist Sharon Shenocca, who was undergoing a divorce from husband Vincent at the time. However, Sharon denied being romantically involved with Belichick, stating that he was just a family friend.
Belichick and Sharon reportedly met in the 1980s when he was a defensive coordinator for the New York Giants, per The New York Post.

Holliday, a television correspondent, and Belichick began dating in 2007 after meeting in Palm Beach, Fla. They were together for 16 years, sharing an Alaska Klee Kai dog, Nike, together.
During their relationship, Holliday was president of the Bill Belichick Foundation.
“In 12 years together, Bill has been so dynamic in supporting the causes that are close to me and actually just supporting me,” she told CBS Boston in 2018. “And I value and love that about him. We’re just honored and privileged.”
In September 2023, sources confirmed to PEOPLE that Holliday and Belichick split because their relationship “ran its course,” noting that the breakup was “not new” and that they’d been “pretty separate” for some time.
“Bill is all about football and very busy now. He doesn’t want a lot of public attention on this,” the source said, adding that Holliday remained living in their Jupiter, Fla., house.
After Bill’s relationship with Hudson went public, an insider said that Holliday was unfazed.
“Linda is fine, busy and continuing to lead a happy life,” a source told PEOPLE. “She has a lovely family and good friends.”

Belichick began dating Hudson in 2023, though the relationship didn’t become public until June 2024. They made their red carpet debut in early December 2024 at The Museum Gala at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.
Hudson refers to herself as a “bird-er” and “entrepreneur” in her Instagram bio. She is a pageant contestant and former cheerleader for Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Mass.
The two reportedly met on a February 2021 flight when he signed one of her textbooks.
In June 2024, an insider told PEOPLE, “Jordon is bright and ambitious and pretty well organized. It’s easy to see that Bill could become infatuated with her. She is young and attractive and interesting. I don’t know what she wants from him but they seem to be enjoying each other and like doing many of the same things.”
Despite Belichick’s new job as head football coach of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a source told PEOPLE in December 2024 that Belichick and Hudson were going strong.
“Bill will put his all into the new coaching job which he is very excited about,” the insider said. “But Jordon is also a busy woman with a lot going on. So I don’t see this doing anything but enhancing their solid relationship.”
