Rachel Uchitel, the former mistress of Tiger Woods, married businessman Dan Donovan in a lavish New Year’s Eve wedding at their Palm Beach home, blending personal history with Hollywood glamour.
The Wedding of the Year
Rachel Uchitel, the Miss Understood podcast host and former mistress of Tiger Woods, tied the knot with Dan Donovan on New Year’s Eve. The couple welcomed 130 guests, including former Housewives stars Jill Zarin and Kelly Dodd, Bam Margera, Michael Lohan, and Heather McDonald, to their newly-renovated home in Palm Beach, Florida.
“We love our home, and it felt more intimate to host it there,” Uchitel told People. The couple worked with LewisMiller Design and Danielle Elder from Classic Events to transform their two-acre property into a glamorous venue inspired by the iconic New York City nightclub El Morocco, once owned by Uchitel’s grandparents.
A Night of Elegance and Celebration
The wedding was a blend of tradition and personal touches. The ceremony was officiated by life strategist and motivational speaker Tim Storey, who also walked Uchitel down the aisle, a moment she described as “especially meaningful and emotional” given her father’s passing when she was 15.
Uchitel wore an Oksana Mukha wedding gown, which she described as “timeless and elegant with a modern edge.” She accessorized with Amina Abdul Jalil shoes, EDEN LUXE Bridal’s Delphina veil, and a Nini Jewels necklace featuring butterfly-inspired jewels, a tribute to a poignant moment from her past.
A Star-Studded Guest List
The guest list was a who’s who of reality TV stars and celebrities. Jill Zarin and Kelly Dodd, both former Housewives stars, were in attendance, along with Bam Margera, Michael Lohan, and Heather McDonald. The couple kicked off the festivities with a welcome party at HMF Lounge at The Breakers in Palm Beach and excursions on their 48-foot Tiara yacht.
A Night to Remember
The couple’s first dance was to “(I’ve Had) the Time of My Life” from Dirty Dancing, and they even surprised their guests by performing the iconic lift from the movie. The evening was capped off with a five-minute firework show at the stroke of midnight.
A Love Story for the Ages
Uchitel and Donovan first connected on Bumble but didn’t meet in person until more than a year later. Donovan proposed in March on the couple’s eight-month anniversary during a visit to the Rosewood Miramar Hotel in Santa Barbara, California, with a 13.25-carat ring.
“I’ve always longed for a witness to my life — someone who sees me fully and holds my story with love,” Uchitel said of their marriage. “I look forward to being a witness to Dan’s life as well — his dreams, his purpose and everything he’s building.”
