Bachelor in Paradise’s Chris Randone has found his forever love.
On Monday, Aug. 25, Bachelor Nation confirmed that the former reality TV alum had popped the question to his girlfriend Sophie Gunter.
Photos from the proposal reveal the picturesque scene that Randone curated for the special moment. He got down on one knee in front of a large, heart-shaped floral arrangement made of white roses and baby’s breath.
The floral display had a sign that read “Will you marry me?” suspended in the center. White rose petals carpeted the ground around the happy couple as they stood inside a semi-circle of glowing candles and more romantic flowers.

Dressed in black pants, a cream shirt and pristine white sneakers, Randone complemented Gunter’s outfit — a cream minidress and strappy silver heels. She wore her dark hair down.
Photos obtained by Bachelor Nation showcase her ring, which features a baguette-set diamond.
In one of the pictures, Randone described the moment as a “magical night.”
It is not clear when exactly Randone and Gunter began dating. Randone rarely posts on Instagram, last sharing a post to his grid in February. In the post, he revealed that he was four months sober at the time.

Bachelor Nation confirmed that fellow Bachelor alum Kelley Flanagan was present to support Randone and Gunter. She shared since-expired photos from the special day on her Instagram Stories.
“Congratulations to my bestie on the engagement … We love you!! ♥️,” she captioned one of the pics.
Randone, who appeared on the 14th season of The Bachelorette in 2018, came to fame vying for Becca Kufrin’s heart against the likes of Colton Underwood, Clay Harbor and Joe Amabile.
After getting eliminated in the show’s sixth week, he returned for the fifth season of Bachelor in Paradise that same year. Randone found love with Krystal Nielson, and they ended the season engaged.
The stars made it down the aisle in August 2019, however, they separated the following February.
Randone told fans that he felt “truly broken” that November, after it was revealed that Nielson was expecting a baby with boyfriend Miles Bowles, who she later married in August 2023.
“But I know in my heart I’m gonna find a super dope woman and have the most beautiful babies a dad could ask for,” he reflected at the time. “So I’ll continue to follow my heart and let God guide my path in finding an incredible woman to build and grow with.”
In October 2021, Randone took to Instagram with a since-deleted post that noted he was “happy in [his] life again,” according to Us Weekly.
Bachelor Nation reported that Randone and Nielson “remained supportive of one another” after navigating their divorce and moving on.
