Amy Brenneman and Tyne Daly Reunited 20 Years After ‘Judging Amy’ Ended and Looked the Same originally appeared on Parade.
It’s been 20 years since the beloved CBS legal drama Judging Amy went off the air. However, Tyne Daly and Amy Brenneman, who starred in the series, proved that time has simply flown by.
Brenneman, 61, who starred as a family court judge for the Connecticut Superior Court’s Hartford district in the series, and Daly, 79, who played her mother, reunited at Televerse 25 for a special conversation about acting and their experience together on the series, which ran from 1999 to 2005. In a photo of the duo snapped around the big event, the two actresses demonstrated that they appear to be aging in reverse.
“Thank you! To @televersefest and @televisionacad for hosting a #judgingamy panel with myself and @tynedalyonline moderated by the director of our pilot, and my squeeze @bsilberling. Tyne met @charlottesilberling when she was in my tummy, and now here we all are,” Brenneman captioned a photo carousel. “special thanks to @carenelle214 for scraping this girl off the beach and making me camera ready… thanks to everyone who came today, and for all who continue to love our show as much as we do.❤️.”

Daly’s brother is none other than actor Tim Daly, who recently married Tea Leoni.
When asked why she wasn’t invited to their extremely private nuptials, Tyne said she’s planning on seeing the couple soon.
“They only had people that they gave birth to or people who gave birth to them,” she told PEOPLE.
