NikolajCoster-Waldau may be a Game of Thrones alum, but he wasn’t playing with his latest red carpet appearance.
The Danish actor, who famously played Jaime Lannister in the hit HBO fantasy series, hit the red carpet for the global premiere of King & Conqueror on Thursday night, where he was accompanied by his longtime wife, Nukâka Coster-Waldau.

The two spouses, who have been married since 1997, were both dressed to the nines for the outing on Thursday, August. 14, where Nukâka, 54, sported a strapless dark-wash denim dress. The Greenlandic actress accessorized the sophisticated look with a colorful necklace featuring a green chain and dangling yellow sunflower pendants.
As for Nikolaj, the Emmy-nominated actor cleaned up in a dark classic suit, paired with a silky button-down shirt and matching tie that was covered in a whimsical blue floral pattern.
Thursday night’s screening of King & Conqueror—a new historical drama TV series—was held at the BFI Southbank in London, England. Nikolaj stars in the new project as William the Conqueror, alongside James Norton as Harold Godwinson.
King & Conqueror is set to officially premiere on Sunday, Aug. 24.
