Training season for Dua Lipa’s wedding to Callum Turner is just getting started. The Barbie actress has been giving fans a glimpse of her unconventional bride-to-be style since confirming engagement rumors in June, from a microscopic white polka-dotted bikini to a sculptural Schiaparelli dress with a literal keyhole cutout to her heart. And as Lipa prepared to ring in her 30th birthday, she got the festivities started early in a booty-baring, completely backless white dress that she shared on Tuesday, August 12.

The “Dance The Night” singer swapped out last year’s birthday (swim)suit parade in favor of the barely-there custom knit dress, which was equal parts cutout and body-con fabric. From the front, the boatneck dress was giving demure, beachy vibes, thanks to its classic sleeveless design and knit fabric woven with white reflective sequins. However, Dua didn’t pass up an opportunity to turn a traditional bridal aesthetic on its head, as she showed off the LWD’s daring details from every angle.

Posing in front of a white wall, on Turner’s lap at a beach restaurant, and against the backdrop of a stunning cliffside pool, Lipa showed off her white custom Jacquemus dress and its body-baring design in the back and the sides. In addition to a low backless design that plunged to her tailbone, the “Levitating” singer’s 30th birthday dress featured large butt cutouts that wrapped around the front of her hips, as well as thin straps that kept the top of her dress in place (while showing off a glimpse of her toned abs and sideboob).

Showing off her tan lines and styling her jet-black hair in natural mermaid waves, Lipa leaned into an effortless European summer aesthetic for her glam. She opted for a no-mascara eye makeup look, instead accentuating her features with dewy highlighter and a sunset-hued flush on her cheeks, lips, and forehead. A molten silver and diamond bracelet, matching cocktail rings, and several butterfly-shaped ear piercings added a hint of sparkle to the ensemble. Her chunky gold and diamond engagement ring also made an appearance as she celebrated her milestone birthday a little early with Turner and her friends.
