On this day in 1974, Swedish pop supergroup ABBA had their first top ten hit in the U.S. when “Waterloo” went to number six on the charts. That was just the beginning for the beloved band, known for such chart-topping tunes as “Mamma Mia” and “Dancing Queen,” but strained relationships and creative differences cut their career short less than a decade later, with their last performance ever taking place in 1982. Now, however, the stars could be aligning to make dreams come true for ABBA fans everywhere….according to one psychic’s vision of the future.
As MSN reported, celebrity psychic and astrologer Inbaal Honigman predicted earlier this year that the members of ABBA — including Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad — will reunite onstage sometime in 2025.
“After decades of refusing to perform together again, and putting off a physical reunion in every way they could, the Tarot sees ABBA pick up those microphones once again. Their virtual tour was a huge success, but the band members have shown no desire to get on a stage themselves,” Honigman said.
“But there will be a change of heart in 2025 and an ABBA performance is indicated in the Tarot,” the astrologer and psychic continued, adding, “As part of a large, international show, the foursome raise their voices in song again.”

Whether or not ABBA will perform together again before the year is out remains to be seen, but fans would definitely be thrilled — and surprised.
In a 2014 interview with The Guardian, Fältskog seemed doubtful that a reunion would ever take place, saying, “I think we have to accept that it will not happen, because we are too old and each one of us has their own life. Too many years have gone by since we stopped, and there’s really no meaning in putting us together again.”
