A former Disney World cast member is recounting the moment a man with inappropriate tattoos tried to take pictures with princesses in the park

A former Disney princess is sharing the moment a man with inappropriate tattoos tried to take a picture and hug her at Disney World.
TikTok user @katrinarene11 revealed in a “storytime” on Aug. 3, an experience she had while working in the park as part of Disney’s College Program at 19 years old.
Speaking with PEOPLE, she shared that she had “overall, an incredible experience” working at the parks, but “sometimes there are strange encounters that stick with you, and those make funny stories to tell.”
During this particular encounter with a guest, she was portraying Rapunzel from Tangled at the Town Square Theater in the Magic Kingdom park. Katrina was the first of three princesses available for a meet-and-greet in the space.
“A man came in during our fireworks set, so the fireworks were going off,” Katrina begins in the clip. “He was the only guest in the room, so it’s just this man, the princesses, the photographers and an attendant.”

When the man came up to Katrina, he said he wanted to show her his Rapunzel tattoo.
“A lot of people get Disney tattoos and they want to show you, totally fine,” Katrina originally thought.
He lifted up his arm and revealed a “risque” tattoo of Rapunzel “with only her hair covering her bits and some suggestive adult things going on,” according to Katrina.
“Then I realize, this guy’s whole body is covered in tattoos like that of the princesses,” she said.
Then, the guest asked for a hug. Uncomfortable, Katrina refused. He then asked for a photo together, and again, she said no.
“I said, ‘None of us are going to take a picture with you,’” Katrina explained, speaking for the other characters.
The upset guest moved on to the next princess to show her his tattoos, meanwhile Katrina got “fully” out of character to explain to the attendant what was going on. She explained that there was no need for photos of the characters next to the obscene tattoos to wind up “on the internet.”
The attendant then called a manager to take action.
“The manager came in… and this dude was p—–, he was not understanding why we were not so psyched to see him,” Katrina said. “I don’t know what he thought would happen.”
When the manager talked to the guest, he asked how he even got into the park. To address the situation, he gave the guest a voucher for a long-sleeved shirt and sweatpants to change into.
“If you don’t do that, security is going to escort you out of the park,” the manager explained.
