Jenna Ortega continued her Wednesday-inspired style streak on the streets of New York earlier today, attending a screening of the Netflix show’s upcoming second season.

Ortega modeled a plunging black slip dress featuring leather accents. She also added on a pair of Miista’s knee-high lace-up boots—complete with a gothic square toe.

The actress wore her brunette tresses in a middle part, while her glam consisted of a taupe smoky eye, smudged black liner, and a terracotta lip.

Ortega has leaned into method dressing throughout Wednesday’s season 2 press tour, favoring bleached eyebrows, moody beauty, and vampy gowns.

As the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice star continued promoting the series in Paris over the weekend, she wore a divisive dress that looked like it came straight from Wednesday Addams’ closet: an iridescent Elena Velez design embellished with locks of human hair (Cousin Itt would surely approve).

Ortega showed off the avant-garde look in a photo dump posted to Instagram on August 2. In one photo, she reveals that her frock’s ultra-plunging neckline was trimmed with the same shaggy accents.

The Emmy nominee accessorized with peep-toe platforms, while her hair was styled in a wavy low pony with face-framing fringe. As for makeup, Ortega opted for a deep cherry lip and matching blush.

Part one of Wednesday‘s highly anticipated second season drops on August 6, nearly three years since the premiere of season 1. Part two will hit the streaming platform on September 3.
