‘Today’s Savannah Guthrie Shares ‘Bold Claim’ While on Vacation originally appeared on Parade.
Savannah Guthrie is taking some time away from the Today showto enjoy some sun and fun. While she’s enjoying her vacation, the morning news host shared a bold claim made by the locals.
Today viewers likely noticed that both Guthrie and Al Roker were both absent on Tuesday, August 5 and then, hours later, posted a photo of a cute painted sign that says, “The best margaritas in the world.”

Guthrie wrote a message on the photo posted to her Instagram stories that said, “bold claim.” It’s not clear if she tried the margaritas or even where to go should one want to try them and rate them.

Around the same time, Roker’s wife Deborah Roberts, shared another photo that showed a cute double date where the Today co-stars and their spouses met up for some “summer fun.”
In the photo, all four of them were dressed up and smiling with the New York City skyline twinkling in the distance.
Wherever Guthrie was that claimed to have the best margaritas must not have been far from home because both she and Roker were back on set on Tuesday, August 5.
