Kim Kardashian would give Belly Conklin’s wedding dress her stamp of approval.
After season 3 episode 4 of The Summer I Turned Pretty aired on Amazon Prime on Wednesday, July 30, fans noticed that Kardashian, 44 once wore Belly’s Victoria Beckham wedding dress.
While trying on a number of designs that were an immediate no and had to “disappear” right away, Belly (Lola Tung) felt defeated and wasn’t even going to try on the slip dress, which was “from the sale rack.”
Belly’s best friend, Taylor (Rain Spencer), then encouraged her to see how the silky dress fit before they left the store.

“OK,” Belly agreed. She then put on the design, which featured a scoop neck, razor-thin straps and a loosely-fitted silhouette. The back of the dress was just as elegant with a triangle cutout that plunged down her back and a delicate train.
“I might be hallucinating, but I think this one might not suck,” Belly said as she walked out of the dressing room. “It’s too plain though, right? I mean, it’s not fancy enough,” she said to Taylor and her friend’s mom.
Taylor told Belly that she had to say yes to the dress. “It’s you. This is the dress,” she gushed. Belly then bought the design.
While the dress was supposed to be a low-cost design, it actually goes for $1,150.
Kardashian previously wore a purple version of the number at Beckham’s Paris Fashion Week show in September 2023.
She styled the simplistic number with diamond jewelry, including a sparkling choker, which she teamed with a statement pendant. She further accessorized with coordinating rings and a pale pink manicure.

Kardashian donned a full beat at the show, rocking soft pink eyeshadow, sun-kissed cheeks, filled-in eyebrows, long lashes and lined, glossy lips. Her brunette tresses were parted down the middle and styled in a messy — but chic — blowout.
