‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Fans Brace For ‘Rinse and Repeat’ Drama originally appeared on Parade.
The Bold and the Beautiful just did a big reveal that fans saw coming a mile away. Luna (Lisa Yamada) is alive, and Li’s (Naomi Matsuda) got her tucked away in her apartment.
While Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) grieves for her granddaughter, Li is trying to convince Luna to wake up. If this storyline sounds familiar, that’s because it’s the same thing Li did with Finn (Tanner Novlan).

Two years ago, after Sheila shot Finn, everyone thought he was dead. However, Li was secretly nursing him back to life, just like she’s doing with Luna.
Social media has been buzzing about since the not-so-big reveal. “Li holding Luna in the same room she kept Finn in this is not gonna end well!! 😬😬,” wrote a fan on X.

Fans were not shocked by Luna being alive and said as much more than once.
A fan declared, “Are we shocked by Li keeping Luna still being alive a secret? Nope but she will regret her decision.” A different X read, “We already knew that Luna wouldn’t die that day, so it wasn’t a surprise for the fans, @BandB_CBS forgot how to do a drama and now they’ve forgotten how to do surprises in the stories, It would be great if they would stop treating fans like idiots🙄.”
One fan on X spilled, “#BoldandBeautiful 2 years ago Li held FINN in the hotel room to nurse him back to health. What is up with this recycled plot. Is LUNA really worth keeping her prisoner?”

A different fan wondered where Li got her medical license and if Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) twin sister, Phoebe (MacKenzie Mauzy), would be the next character to really be alive.

It’s not just the Luna repeat storyline fans are bracing for. The writers seem to be setting the stage for a Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) reunion, even though he’s engaged to Taylor (Rebecca Budig).
“There’s absolutely nothing exciting…#boldandbeautiful is boring and sadly very predictable. We saw these 2 story lines coming clear as day.. smh.. Most of us do not care about bridges 100th reunion or another back from the sl,” read an X.
One X wondered what the point of recasting Taylor again was, just to have Ridge dump her for Brooke again.
The fans’ sounding off comes hot on the heels of The Bold and the Beautiful only earning four Daytime Emmy nominations. Fans on social media called the low number of noms a major snub, with some going so far as using it to justify their “decision to step away from the show” and others bracing themselves for further fallout “when Beyond the Gates becomes eligible for next year’s nominations.”
