Cash Warren is speaking out about his ex Jessica Alba’s newfound romance — and was all smiles when he weighed in on the budding relationship.
TMZ caught the film producer and businessman, 46, at LAX on Wednesday and asked how Warren feels about his estranged wife, 44, moving on to dating a fellow actor who is 12 years her junior.
“I’m happy for her,” Warren told the photog, who followed him through the airport. “I don’t know [Ramirez], but yeah, seems like a good guy.”
TMZ shared photos in the last week of Alba and Ramirez embracing outside his house in Los Angeles.
When pressed at LAX, Warren added quickly that he’s not back out in the field yet. “Let me know if you got anybody,” he said playfully before walking off.
Alba and Warren married in 2008 and have three children: Honor, Haven and Hayes.
The power couple announced their split earlier this year, with Alba — who is also a successful businesswoman — posting a heartfelt message on social media about her journey.
“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote on Instagram. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals. We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be a family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
Alba filed for divorce from Warren in February and listed the date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024.
In the months since, the couple has put managed to put on a united front. On April 21, Alba posted photos on Instagram of all them together at a holiday celebration. “Easter Sunday w the family,” her caption read, with fans commenting positively on the post to show their support.
On April 23, TMZ reported that the couple had put their Beverly Hills estate for sale. It was listed for $18.9 million.
