Who Is Hannah Brown’s Husband? All About Adam Woolard and His Relationship with “The Bachelorette” Star

Hannah Brown can now call Adam Woolard her husband.

On July 26, The Bachelor alum and entrepreneur married in an “intimate” wedding overlooking the French Riviera.

“We wanted something really timeless and classic,” Hannah told PEOPLE about the special day. “And really just the celebration of our love with our friends and family.”

In November 2021, Hannah opened up about her relationship with Adam in her book God Bless This Mess.

“He knows himself and I think that’s the biggest thing,” she wrote. “He’s very confident in what he deserves and what he wants to give someone else. He’s genuine and he’s truly one of the best humans I’ve ever met.”

So who is Hannah Brown’s husband? Here’s everything to know about Adam Woolard and his relationship with the TV personality.

He is an entrepreneur and health coach

Adam is the vice president of business development and health coach at Blokes Men’s Health and Joi Women’s Health.

He attended the University of Arkansas and earned a master’s from Lipscomb University in Nashville.

Apart from being an entrepreneur, Adam has been a professional model for nearly 10 years, according to his LinkedIn. He has worked with some of the country’s biggest agencies like Wilhelmina Models and Campbell Models, and has walked the runway at Nashville Fashion Week.

He practices jiu-jitsu

One of Adam’s favorite ways to stay active is through jiu-jitsu.

In a November 2023 Instagram post, Adam explained why he thought it was “so addicting.”

“I think it has something to do with the need for human contact. Much like having a cuddle,” he wrote. “When you are in close physical contact with another human, all the fun chemicals like dopamine, seratonin [sic] and oxytocin are released in the brain.”

Adam continued, “In the moment, it is stressful. You are trying to survive. Much like cold plunging or cooking in the sauna. But the after-effect on the body and mind are typically the opposite of stressful.”

Hannah has joined him on the mat in the past, as he shared in a February 2023 pic on Instagram.

In addition to jiu-jitsu, he is a big proponent of meditation to help focus and clear the mind.

“Take the time to listen. Turn off distractions and see what arises in the mind,” he captioned a clip in October 2023. “You can take this stillness with you wherever you go… even into chaos.

He and Hannah met on a dating app

The couple originally crossed paths on a dating app, and it was Hannah who “liked his photo first,” as she revealed in a Q&A on her YouTube channel in March 2021.

Even though he didn’t appear in the video, Adam submitted his answers for Hannah to read. During the candid conversation, a fan asked Adam what his first impression of Hannah was, to which he said, “Effortlessly beautiful and vibrant and a little frantic, but so beautiful. Instant spark.”

The Dancing with the Stars alum added, “There definitely was a nice spark.”

The two confirmed their relationship on Valentine’s Day 2021.

In a November 2023 episode of the Fun on Weekdays podcast, Hannah spoke about her first date with Adam, recalling how she arrived at their last-minute meeting.

“He said, ‘Hannah, you came in like a storm, you were so frazzled,’ ” she recounted. “I can remember him being so calming … he helped me relax into the date.”

He and Hannah have opposite energies

In November 2021, Hannah released her book, God Bless This Mess, and at the time, she and Adam had been dating for a year. Hannah revealed to PEOPLE how she felt their match was the right fit for multiple reasons.

“I have a lot of energy and he is so calm,” she said. “I think he’s entertained by my frazzleness! … Adam keeps showing up. And he always makes me feel so safe.”

Nearly two years later, in August 2023, Hannah echoed similar words, saying that she loves Adam’s “calming presence and big heart. And how he accepts and loves all versions of me…even the crazy version.”

They got engaged in August 2023

Adam surprised Hannah when he proposed to her on Aug. 24, 2023, in Whitwell, Tenn.

“We had talked about getting engaged, but I felt so content and safe in our relationship, I wasn’t rushing it,” Hannah told PEOPLE at the time.

Adam revealed that he knew he wanted to marry Hannah shortly after they started dating.

“The weekend she met my family after a few months of dating,” he recalled. “It was so effortless, like she had been a part of the family for years.”

As for the one quality that stands out the most, Adam shared that he admires Hannah’s authenticity.

“She lives and acts from the truest part of herself despite outside influence,” he said. “But also that smile and how she lights up a room.”

They married in July 2025

The pair said “I do” on July 26, 2025, in front of 101 guests at Domaine du Mont Leuze in France.

Adam told PEOPLE that he was “so excited” to see Hannah walk down the aisle.

“Seeing Hannah walk down, I think, is something that I’ve always had a very clear picture of and how I would feel in that moment,” he said. “And I just, as a man, knowing that I’m going to get married, I’ve always had that image in my mind.”

The newlyweds chose to live apart before their wedding, and Hannah shared insight into the decision.

“Marriage is one of the biggest commitments you’ll have in your life, and I have grown so much this past two years,” she said on The Squeeze podcast in June 2025.

Hannah continued, “To fully be there and have that covenant together … it feels like it’s gonna just be that moment of breath of like, ‘We’ve done this,’ and I’m just ready for that moment.”
