Perhaps Prinze was getting his lick back at Lillard, who has shared stories from their time working together and made jokes about him, too.
At an Emerald City Comic Con panel for the Scream cast in 2023, Lillard told the crowd how Prinze was the biggest prankster. He recalled how the I Know What You Did star pooped in his trailer and turned the heat on, a move that sent Lillard scurrying out of the trailer to catch some fresh air.
When Prinze saw him come out of the trailer, in a fit of laughter, he confessed that he had done that to Lillard “for the four movies and you just flush and move on and don’t complain at all.”
Lillard then warned the crowd, “Don’t ever do a movie with Freddie Prinze Jr.”
Prinze was also called out recently by She’s All That co-starRachel Leigh Cookafter he called his new movie”the best work we’ve done.” In her Instagram Stories, Cook wrote, “Freddie, I can read” before threatening that she was “telling Lillard.”
