There are spa parties, and then there are Kathy Hilton parties.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 68, shared the luxe beauty and health treatments she provides for guests during her blowout biannual parties during a July 23 appearance on Call Her Daddy.
“You’re also known for throwing great, great, great parties,” host Alex Cooper said. “What is a nonnegotiable for you when you are hosting one of these big parties? Like, what do you have to have?”
Hilton shared, “I just like to have a reason to have the party. I like to have activations — like, we do a health and wellness [party] twice a year, and we get the Tru Niagen, because I do it every week.”
Tru Niagen’s NAD+ supplements have grown popular in celebrity circles, and infusions of the treatment have become a trendy anti-aging tool. As the National Institute of Health says, “NAD+ plays a pivotal role in cellular metabolism and is a co-substrate for enzymes that play key roles in pathways that modify aging.”
For her parties, Hilton said she offers her guests the same infusions she gets weekly: “We do a drip, so everybody gets to come and have a drip.”
Hilton, whose IV infusions and facial treatments were memorably immortalized in the premiere of season 14 of RHOBH, shared. “I have — you name it — everything you could think of. The best of the best, the latest, the greatest, machines for the face.”
“I wanna be friends with you,” Cooper said.

Along with massages, Hilton provides “manicures, pedicures, life coaches, dogs — you can adopt a dog, and we play folk music. And we’ve got big blankets out and pillows, and people bring their children and their dogs. It’s just a really cool day. Healthy food, handmade soaps, like, beautiful things.“

“And then do these parties ever then turn into, like, ragers?” Cooper asked.
“Only Christmas does,” Hilton said.
If people do get out of control, Hilton said, “I just disappear” instead of asking someone to leave because, “I think that’s rude, and I have enough security there that they’re watching everything.”
