Weeee are the champions — come on, you know you can’t resist belting this ballad anytime it comes on. The catsuit Freddie Mercury wore while performing this power song for the music video sold for more than $200,000 at auction, undoubtedly to a devoted fan who slips it on to sing the tune in the mirror.

2. Michael Jackson’s Crystal-Studded Glove

If we’re talking about legendary rockstars’ clothes, Elvis is usually at the helm of the conversation. He was known for quite a few iconic looks, and his white and black “conquistador” outfits were some of his most recognizable. The belt that the King wore with his black conquistador outfit was so sought after that it sold for nearly $100,000 at auction.

5. John Lennon’s Reading Glasses

The distressed jeans that Kurt Cobain wore in the music video for Nirvana’s 1993 hit “Heart-shaped Box” sold for a cool $412,750 in 2023. Aside from having a famous owner, the jeans are special in that they have personalized patches sewn on to them, some with designs from Cobain’s friends like musician Lori Barbero.
