The movie follows five childhood friends as they reunite for a summer vacation with their families, 30 years after doing the same thing when they were kids. Lenny Feder (Adam Sandler) is a successful Hollywood talent agent struggling to connect with his wife, Roxanne Chase-Feder (Salma Hayek) and their three kids. Meanwhile, Eric Lamonsoff (Kevin James) is married to Sally Lamonsoff (Maria Bello), and they share two kids.

Kurt McKenzie (Chris Rock) also has his own set of personal issues as a stay-at-home dad whose wife, Deanne McKenzie (Maya Rudolph), has her mother living with them. On the other hand, Marcus Higgins (David Spade) is a lifelong bachelor who struggles to settle down. Rob Hilliard (Rob Schneider) shocks the group when he brings along his older wife and three grown daughters on the trip. Finally, Steve Buscemi makes a brief yet memorable appearance as Wiley.

Although Sandler and Hayek play husband and wife, in reality, the actor has been married to his wife, Jackie Sandler, since 2003, while the actress has been married to François-Henri Pinault since 2009. Adam Sandler and Jackie Sandler

Adam Sandler, who plays Lenny Feder, is married to fellow actor Jackie Sandler. The couple met while filming the 1999 movie Big Daddy, in which she played a waitress, and he starred as Sonny Koufax.

In 2020, Adam honored the first day they met by sharing a tribute to Jackie on Instagram. He captioned a throwback photo of them, “22 years ago today we locked eyes and fell deep. Looking forward to the next 22, young lady. Love you my forever girl.”

The couple married five years later in 2003 and went on to welcome two daughters: Sadie (born in May 2006) and Sunny (welcomed in November 2008). Both Jackie and the girls have appeared in several of Adam’s films over the years.
