UploadVR called it a blatant Vision Pro clone.
Vivo Vision verges into the realm of outright cloning. Its grey fabric facial interface, rear strap, external battery, and connector look almost identical to Apple’s, and even the name Vision was copied. The only notable core design departure is side arms, which are metallic-looking instead of Apple Vision Pro’s white plastic.
The company even uses the term “spatial computing” to describe the mixed-reality headset.
Unlike Samsung’s prototype, nobody outside the company has been given a chance to try it, so it’s not even clear whether this is a functional unit or simply a dummy of the planned design.
Vivo says it’s being developed alongside robotics products.
In his speech, COO Hu Baishan revealed that vivo has officially established the vivo Robotics Lab. By leveraging vivo’s decade of “BlueTech” experience in fields like AI large learning models and imaging, together with the real-time spatial computing capabilities accumulated through vivo Vision, vivo will focus on developing two core areas, the “brain” and “eyes” of robots.

Looking ahead, vivo envisions a world where robotics enhances everyday life and is committed to collaborating with industry partners to bring robots to households around the globe.
Vivo Vision is supposedly being released in early summer, but right now the company has said nothing about either specs or price.
