The Buccaneers is finally back. After nearly two years of waiting, the second season of the Apple TV+ period drama has premiered, and it will roll out for the next couple of months. The first episode, titled “The Duchess of Tintagel,” is available to stream now, and the remaining seven will air weekly through August 6.

Prior to the show’s return, Apple hosted an intimate premiere party on June 11, where the guest list included a number of stars from the show, including leads Kristine Froseth, Alisha Boe, Josie Totah, Aubri Ibrag, Christina Hendricks, Imogen Waterhouse, Matthew Broome, Guy Remmers, and more. Not to mention, Gossip Girl alum and newly-added cast member Leighton Meester was also in attendance, as well as other celebrity guests like influencer Dylan Mulvaney and DJ Fifi, who provided music for the crowd.

The event took place at Louisa’s in the Twenty Two, a luxury hotel located in the Union Square neighborhood of New York City. There, attendees sipped on drinks and munched on fries and caviar, all while dancing and taking photos in their formal ensembles, which consisted of designs from Nina Ricci, Yohji Yamamoto, and more.
