Halsey is sharing a candid glimpse into their health journey.
On Sunday, June 22, the pop star (who uses she/they pronouns), 30, shared a selfie on Instagram of themselves posing with a port in their chest, along with other personal snaps taken while on the road for their For My Last Trick tour.
A fresh-faced Halsey was seen in the photo posing in what appeared to be a hospital bathroom mirror, while wearing a white tank top, as a port was seen fitted on their chest.
“Evidence that I still exist when the show ends,” the “Colors” singer added in the caption. “90s mom haircut loading 🌈.” Halsey’s fiancé Avan Jogia added an airplane emoji in the post’s comment section.
The carousel of six snaps also included a shot of Halsey smiling in a make-up free selfie, the singer sitting indoors beside three-year-old son Ender Ridley Aydin, and sticking out their tongue while getting their hair and make-up done. The artist also shared a clip of what appeared to be Jogia’s feet as they lay down together watching TV.

In June 2024, Halsey revealed on Instagram that they had been diagnosed with Lupus SLE and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder in 2022. The singer said at the time that “both…are currently being managed or in remission; and both…I will likely have for the duration of my life.”
“After a rocky start, I slowly got everything under control with the help of amazing doctors,” Halsey wrote of their diagnosis. “After 2 years, I’m feeling better and I’m more grateful than ever to have music to turn to.”
Lupus is an autoimmune disease in which the body’s immune system attacks healthy tissues, rather than targeting the bad bacteria and viruses, causing inflammation that can affect the joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart, and lungs. There is currently no cure for the disease, per The Mayo Clinic.
According to Healthline, Lymphoproliferative disorders are a group of diseases characterized by the uncontrolled production of white blood cells called lymphocytes. T-cell disorders include leukemia and lymphoma.

In September 2024, Halsey shared in a post on X that they had been hospitalized after suffering a seizure, while sharing a health update with fans.
“I’m home from the hospital now after a few days, so a win is a win!” the star later updated fans.
