Indiana vs. Utah: Player stats and box score for March 21, 2025

The ninth-seeded Indiana Hoosiers (20-12) were able to step up and win in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in the Regional 2 in Birmingham matchup against the eighth-seeded Utah Utes (22-9) 74-68.

The Hoosiers got to the basket well and shot at a great clip to win this game and will now play the winner of the top-seeded South Carolina Gamecocks vs. 16th-seeded Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles.

Yarden Garzon led Indiana with a team-high 17 points and seven rebounds. Utah had guard Gianna Kneepkens record 24 points on 4-for-10 from beyond the arc in the losing effort.

Indiana vs. Utah game summary

The Indiana Hoosiers were able to shoot at a great clip throughout the game. They shot 29-for-50 (58.0%), including 5-for-17 (29.4%) from beyond the arc and 13-for-15 (86.7%) from the charity stripe.
