Amanda Batula’s work life encompasses a variety of roles—she’s a cast member on Bravo’s Summer House, founder of Amanda Batula Swim, and creative director of the beverage brand Loverboy. While all of those roles hold a special place in her heart, right now, she’s most excited about her newest endeavor. Last month, she signed on to work with Marshalls to help introduce its limited-time pop-up, The Upgrade Lounge, at JFK Airport (which ran from May 21 to May 28), which delivered a premium airport experience to anyone traveling through Terminal 4. She also worked with the brand on a curated digital shopping edit, The Upgrade Shop (available all summer).
“Growing up in New Jersey, I went to Marshalls all the time with my mom,” Batula says. “Some of my favorite memories are from browsing the shoes and accessories, trying things on that I couldn’t afford at the time. It was just such a fun thing to do, and I still shop there now. So, being able to work with them now feels like a full-circle moment.”

“I’m such a simple person. I like being skin-forward, so my skincare routine is key, and I don’t change it much from season to season, even when filming in the summer. Paige [DeSorbo], Ciara [Miller], and I also hold each other accountable to take our makeup off at the end of the day. We can’t wait to get into bed and wash our faces.”
