That ’70s Show alum Kurtwood Smith made a rare public appearance earlier this week.
On Wednesday, April 30, the 81-year-old actor was spotted by cameras while getting into his car in Los Angeles, looking much different than he did on the beloved sitcom back in the ’90s.

As seen in the pics obtained by the Daily Mail, Smith was dressed casually in a blue quarter-zip sweatshirt paired with navy pants. The photos show him sporting a pair of glasses while holding what appears to be a can of soda in one hand.
Fans likely remember Smith from his role on That ’70s Show, where he played Red Forman, husband to Kitty Forman (Debra Jo Rupp) and father to Eric Forman (Topher Grace). Smith later reprised his role in the Netflix reboot, That ’90s Show.
But prior to his days on the popular sitcom, Smith made an impression as an action star in 1987’s Robocop, where he played the villainous Clarence Boddicker opposite Peter Weller as the titular character.
Smith is also known for memorable roles in Rambo III, Broken Arrow, Fortress and many more.
